Johnson has written and taught Bible lesson at Bayview Baptist Church in San Diego, California for 24 years. She grew up in a family of preachers and religion, but didn't always understand what she heard or read until she began researching scriptures herself. She wrote lessons for the National Baptist Convention of America, Inc. for eight years, along with lessons for Bayview Baptist Christian Education Department. During that timeframe, she also wrote supplements for Computer classes she taught at San Diego Community College Adult classes. Ms. Johnson's writing career began when she desired to understand the Bible; how words in Scripture relates to words we use today. Sometimes, there is a big difference in what Hebrew or Greek words originally meant and our interpretation of them. So digging deeper opened her eyes, released her inner writer, and fueled her desire to teach what she had found. Tab Content 6Author Website:Countries AvailableAll regions |
