Table of ContentsReviewsI have always been interested in Egypt since school, and constantly read the same opinions over and over again, so am always a little sceptical when purchasing new books. 'I immediately related to the Author from the beginning which continues throughout, and only encouraged me to read on and on, a very well written and refreshing new look on ancient Egypt from a clear enthusiast. I have just ordered a second copy for my nephew for his school work.' A Smith 'My initial thought was how much info can you fit in a book so small..answer a lot! The ideal study guide for students and anyone with an interest in ancient Egypt. From the preface through to the pictures submitted to the book you can tell this was leisure of love and a lot of time has been spent in research for this book, I believe it shows brilliantly. The crowning achievement for me is the very precise to the point nature of the book it doesn't ramble with long never ending paragraphs, it has lovely accessible font and accompanying pictures of each subject and reads almost like a tour through ancient Egypt, with the author being our tour guide. A great guide for everyone interested in ancient Egypt, from general knowledge to studying students.' P B Jones I initially bought this for my daughter as she is fascinated with Egypt and I wanted an easy introduction book for her. She enjoyed it a lot and I ended up reading it myself. There is a lot to learn in this detailed walkthrough. The author has a lot of passion with Egypt and it shows through this guide. Worth a go if you are looking for a quick easy guide, or for children studying or just learning about Egypt. Emily Mann Author InformationKeith Ellis was born in Essex, England.
