Albertine PhD is Professor of Pediatrics (Neonatology), as well as Adjunct Professor of Medicine (Pulmonary) and Neurobiology and Anatomy at the University of Utah School of Medicine in Salt Lake City, Utah, USA. Dr Albertine received a bachelor's degree in biology from Lawrence University and a doctoral degree in human anatomy from the University of Chicago, Stritch School of Medicine. He received postdoctoral training at the University of California, San Francisco, Cardiovascular Research Institute. He has taught human gross anatomy for twenty-five years, and is currently the course director for gross anatomy at the University of Utah.
