Author Information

Douglas McLaughlin is a personal trainer and fitness instructor. He is an avid bicyclist and hiker and enjoys helping people live their healthiest life. Doug is from New Jersey and his parents are Jamaican immigrants. Michelle Griffis enjoys creating multicultural illustrations and animations representing diverse communities. Her father was born in Pennsylvania of European descent, and her mother emigrated from South Korea. She is the author/illustrator of We Can All Be Friends.
