He is also a Fellow and member of the Board of Directors of the National Academy of Human Resources Foundation. Paul J. Gollan is a Senior Professor of Management in the Faculty of Business, University of Wollongong, Australia. He is also Academic Director of the Executive MBA Program at Sydney Business School, UOW.
