He is the author or a coauthor of 11 books and approximately 75 articles and holds 19 patents in the Soviet Union and Ukraine. Since 2001, Dr. Perelmuter has been working as a scientific advisor in the National Technical University (Kharkov Polytechnic Institute) and in Ltd ""Jugelectroproject,"" Kharkov.
