The key concepts are Interpersonal Problems, Adults, Family Environment, Self-concept and Emotional Intelligence. Interpersonal relationship is a reciprocal affiliation in social and emotional interactions between two or more individuals. It is portrayed as the distinctive aspect of human kind for being social. It is necessary for the growth and development of an individual. Harmonious interpersonal relationship signifies that the individual is comfortable and happy in life. Present society with progressive transformations influences lives and interpersonal relationships. Though we are globally interconnected, we keep distance from personal touch with one another.
