Starting in 1981 as a volunteer first responder. She then certified as an EMT and finally obtained her paramedic certification in 1986. She is a graduate of The Williamsport Hospital Paramedic Training Program now at State College. Her work has encompassed that of Paramedic and Clinical Educator at Wayne General Hospital, where she rolled out the initial Emergency Medical Defibrillation Program for the area EMS department. and provided CPR/First Aid training for local police departments, First Aid Squads and Laypersons. NJ State Certified Police Instructor for Passaic County Police Academy for 11 years. Advanced Cardiac Life Support Instructor. Pediatric Advanced Life Instructor. National Safety Council First Aid, CPR and AED Instructor. Laura has been a member of The Anthony Robbins Medical Team with responsibilities for providing initial assessment and basic care for over 6,000 participants.
