Joe was born in Pittsburgh PA and was ""Born Again"" on July 25, 1977. Joe was a Professional Hand Lettering Sign Painter who after more than 25 years sold the sign company in Pittsburgh and moved to Florida. Where he attended Calvary Chapel Bible Institute while working a full-time job. After more than 6 years of part time studies, he graduated, and the Lord moved him into full-time ministry being ordained under Calvary Chapels. Joe's motto is...
