Morgan is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with over ten years of working experience in the field of ABA. Starting as a 1:1 therapist in home and school settings, she quickly realized her passion for creating a positive impact on others' lives. With further experience and education, Morgan began training parents and teachers on how to use ABA strategies to best support their individual needs and improve their students' quality of life. Her research on using visuals to support parent learning was recently presented at the internationally recognized ABAI conference. Morgan continues to act as an advocate for approachable and accessible behavioral services for families and teachers. Boudewijn is an award-winning infographic designer who approaches every project from a conceptual and original perspective. His ability to effectively shape complex information into an understandable and aesthetically attractive visual is evidenced through his more than 7 years of diverse experience ranging from projects for government agencies to start-up nonprofit organizations. Javier Virués-Ortega es investigador Ramón y Cajal en la Universidad Autónoma de Madrid (España) y profesor asociado honorario de análisis aplicado de conducta (ABA) en la Universidad de Auckland (Nueva Zelanda). Anteriormente ha sido profesor de psicología en la Universidad de Manitoba (Canadá) e investigador postdoctoral en el Instituto de Salud Carlos III (España). Su investigación se centra en la evaluación de intervenciones basadas en el análisis aplicado de la conducta (ABA) con personas con y sin discapacidad. Virués-Ortega está interesado en la evaluación de resultados de tratamiento en análisis aplicado de conducta. Es autor de más de cien publicaciones especializadas. Su trabajo ha sido citado más de 4000 veces y ha sido resumido en las coberturas médicas de varios de los principales proveedores de seguros de salud. Virués-Ortega ha sido editor asociado o miembro del comité editorial de ocho revistas conductuales líderes en su disciplina. También ha sido miembro del comité de directores de Behavior Analyst Certification Board y es miembro fundador de ABA España, una organización dedicada a la promoción de la educación, la investigación y los servicios ABA en todo el mundo de habla hispana. Virues-Ortega has served as associate editor or member of the editorial board for eight leading behavioral journals. He has also served as member of the board of directors of the Behavior Analyst Certification Board and is a founding member of ABA España, a non-for-profit organization promoting education, research, and services in ABA across the Spanish-speaking world.
