Susan Gail Lawrence has a passion for writing poems about cats and painting illustrations to capture the mood of these cats in the scenarios she describes. She drew much of her inspiration from her two cats, Kahlowa and Brandy. She studied watercolor with artist Joseph Sousa and has been a frequent contributor to her local Animal Advocates Auction. Her artwork has won numerous awards. She resides with her husband Michael and son Michael II in Acushnet, Massachusetts. She hopes her readers will enjoy this book as much as she enjoyed writing and illustrating it.
