Overview

This slim pocket size book of writing ideas makes a great stocking filler or little gift for any occasion. It contains 10 intriguing writing tasks across different genres: fiction, non-fiction, poetry and memoir, designed to take writers off their normal writing tracks and have some new adventures. Each task is 20 minutes of writing purely for pleasure, which is an opportunity to give the inner critic the slip and delight the wild writer's soul. The author is an acclaimed creative teacher who has provided workshops for major UK writing organisations. Her three books for writers are Writing in the House of Dreams: Unlock the Power of Your Unconscious Mind, Happy Writing: Beat Your Blocks, Be Published and Find Your Flow and Free-Range Writing: 75 Forays for the Wild Writer's Soul.
