Overview

"What if you knew that you could never die? How different would your life be? How different would you be? When Private Rob Deakin is fatally wounded during the First World War, he is left for dead; just another nameless casualty of a terrible war. However, a chance encounter with a mysterious stranger known only as ""the Medic"" not only miraculously heals his wounds, but changes the course of Rob's life forever. For Rob Deakin discovers that he is not only healed, but he cannot die, and he will never age. What follows is a cursed journey through a century of incredible change, seen through the eyes of a man who cannot age, while he searches for the answers to what makes him so different. Can Rob Deakin find out why he is so different, before he loses what is left of his humanity?"
