A debut children's book for the sister-brother team, Ivette and Carlos come from a family of nine siblings. Ivette loved to read and write from an early age and wrote for her high school, & college newspapers. She worked as a reporter for two NJ dailies, and enjoyed a successful career in communications in both corporate and political arenas working with a NJ governor and a congressman. Ivette lives in Montclair, NJ Carlos has held a pencil or a crayon for as long as he can remember. His father bought him his first set of colors when he was 12. Through the years, he has created hundreds of paintings while working full-time for a trucking company. Carlos currently resides in Somerset, New Jersey.
