She has been teaching computer applications in the fields of business and higher education since 1981. In 1999, with a background in business and legal technology, Diane migrated to the field of higher education, becoming the director of computer networking and support for a college of business and technology in New York City. She subsequently taught Computer Applications for Business at the DeVry Institute of Technology, and the Laboratory Institute of Merchandising, both in New York City. Diane is a member of the Association of Information Technology Professionals. She is the author of Office in a Minute, Steps for Performing Basic Tasks in Microsoft Office 2010, and the Office in a Minute 2013 edition.
