Ron Scroggy is a retired amateur photographer of birds. Prior to retirement, he spent over forty years managing various youth programs, including Inner Harbour, Together Georgia and DFCS Georgia. While living in the Lowcountry of South Carolina, he has been amazed at how many native and migratory birds frequent the area.
