I particularly like the way it is broken into digestible chapters where the reader is able to select an area of focus, which then gives them the theory as well as short relatable and practical activities, with clear and concise instructions. It is also a great tool for youth workers of all levels, from those who are new into the field of mental health, to those who want to have access to easy to use resources and or ideas for sessions. -- Andrea Corbet, Bsc, PGCE, The PT for Your Mind A truly comprehensive guide of CBT techniques for teens who are serious about taking control of their mental health 5 minutes at a time.
