Tony (Shunming) Zhang was born in Hong Kong in June 2007. Having lived in both China and United States for extended periods of time, Tony has experienced the education system in both countries. This experience growing up around the world has helped Tony cultivate a wide range of athletic interests: snorkeling; wrestling; jiu jitsu; rugby; volleyball; badminton; tennis; ultimate frisbee. In addition to sports, Tony is particularly fond of painting and writing. During his earlier years, Tony wrote weekly comics for his friends and family. This hobby morphed into passion when he encountered Art Lab--a high school course that gave him the freedom to explore and express different ideas regarding current events.
